The cleavage is very complete and moderate, and the cleavage pieces are split into rhomboids with an included angle of 66 and 114. Brittle. Hardness 1.5 ~ 2. There is a slight change in different directions. Relative density 2.3.

As one of the main building cementitious materials, gypsum plays an irreplaceable role. The hardened gypsum has good insulation and sound absorption properties. Its volume expands slightly during hardening, which can make the surface of the hardened body smooth, without cracking when drying, with good decorative properties, good processability, and low production energy consumption.

In practical applications, the gypsum material solidifies in a short time after mixing with water, and loses fluidity within a few minutes, which cannot meet the requirements of normal construction. Retarder is usually added to the stone sound system to adjust the setting time so that the gypsum slurry can maintain plasticity for a longer time.

Gypsum retarder is mainly used in gypsum building materials such as painting gypsum, bonding gypsum, gypsum putty, gypsum products, etc. It is mainly used to reduce the setting speed of gypsum.

A retarder for lightweight gypsum and a preparation method thereof. The retarder for lightweight gypsum comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-350 parts by weight of a protein component raw material, 50-150 parts by weight of a pure amino acid raw material, 10-30 parts by weight of a pH value regulator, 20-60 parts by weight of an organic acid, an acid tincture or an ester raw material, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of an odor regulator, 2-8 parts by weight of a reaction catalyst and 350-650 parts by weight of water. The protein component raw material is dissolved in water, part of the pH value regulator is added, a hydrolysis reaction is carried out, the pure amino acid raw material, the organic acid, the acid tincture or the ester raw material, and the reaction catalyst are added in sequence, the pH value is adjusted to 7-8, heating is carried out for reaction, a mixture is obtained, the odor regulator is added, the mixture is cooled and stirred evenly, and the retarder for lightweight gypsum is obtained.

This product is packed in multi-layer paper bags lined with polyethylene layer. Net weight 25KG.
Empty bags can be recycled or incinerated. Unopened packaging can be stored for several years. Open packaging can make the moisture content of this product affected by air humidity. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid storage under pressure.
