01Defoamer for Wall Putty

The production process of defoamer mainly includes three steps: raw material preparation, reaction system configuration, reaction and process control.
1.Raw material preparation:
First, the main raw materials need to be prepared, including dimethyl silicone oil, hydroxy silicone oil, silicon dioxide, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, thickener, hydrocarbonized oil, emulsifier, etc. These raw materials play different roles in the production process, such as defoaming, thickening, stabilization, etc.
2.Mixing and stirring:
Add the prepared raw materials to the reactor in a certain proportion, and stir them at an appropriate speed through the agitator to ensure that the raw materials are evenly mixed.
3.Heating and reaction:
Heat the reactor to a certain temperature, usually between 100-135°C, and keep it for a certain time to promote the chemical reaction between the raw materials. In this process, promoters, stabilizers and other additives can be added as needed to control the reaction rate and product quality.
4.Preparation and purification:
After the reaction is completed, preparation and purification are carried out through distillation, washing, filtration and other steps to remove unreacted raw materials and by-products to obtain pure organosilicon solid defoamer.
5.Packaging:
Finally, the purified organosilicon solid defoamer is packaged for easy storage and transportation
This product is packed in multi-layer paper bags lined with polyethylene layer. Net weight 25KG.
Empty bags can be recycled or incinerated. Unopened packaging can be stored for several years. Open packaging can make the moisture content of this product affected by air humidity. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid storage under pressure.
